I have been where you are – in the midst of confusion and change, relying on old information about myself to move forward. We all have from time to time. It’s called life.

Previously I worked in corporate America. In my last position I found myself in a managerial position that was increasingly demanding and unsatisfying. The fun was gone. I was quite successful – number one in the company one year – but even that accomplishment brought me little joy. So I quit. Yep – just like that.

I drew on my experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and leader of personal growth groups; added 10 years of knowledge gained in the world of business, and entered the world of coaching. Navigating Changes is the result. I offer you the benefits of my years of education, training and experience. See below for the details of my background.

My mission is to open you up to believe in yourself more, paint bigger dreams for yourself and feel the exhilaration when you create your own tomorrows. I will be here to share the journey – to keep you focused, provide input and education, and guide you toward your goals with compassion, empathy, and trust. Whatever you need, we can do.

My work experience includes over 25 years as a personal and career counselor and 11 years in the business world. I have worked with hundreds of people from all walks of life, helping them to find ways to steer their ship toward satisfying and joyful lives.

Maybe more importantly, I have experienced the turmoil of changes in my own life. My personal life spans the continental U.S. as I have lived on all four borders. I have married, divorced, and remarried. I have changed careers and employers. I now live in Richmond, Virginia with a husband, blended family including four young adults, a rescued Husky, two cats who own me and 18 Koi in the pond. We live in a picture book setting in the country – a lifestyle I consider ideal!! Let me help you create your own ideal life.
